Curtis Burnside J.D. - CEO
Curtis is a 21 year veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as an enlisted Marine and 15 Years in the Army as a Commissioned Officer. During that time he attended the Law Enforcement Academy in Florida and served as a Patrol Deputy with the Lake County Sheriffs Office, Escambia Sheriffs Office and a Reserve Patrolman with the Groveland PD. He attended Law School in 2015 while serving on Active Duty in the Army Graduating in 2021 with a JD. After his last deployment to several mid eastern countries he retired and started a Site Development company. After realizing that he could do more for the community as a contractor he received his certified building contractors license, and started Precision Home Builders. He is dedicated to making your dreams reality and wants to be the one to build your next forever home!
