Jeremy  is a seasoned General Contractor, holding active licenses in Virginia, Florida, and West Virginia, reflecting his broad expertise across diverse locales. With a comprehensive background in the construction industry, he specializes in new builds, restorations, and complex remodeling projects, confidently transforming client visions into tangible structures. His work is characterized by a unique blend of functional design and aesthetic excellence, underpinned by strict adherence to local regulations and building codes. Curtis is a 20 year veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as an enlisted Marine and 15 Years in the Army as a Commissioned Officer. During that time he attended the Law Enforcement Academy in Florida and served as a Patrol Deputy with the Lake County Sheriffs Office, Escambia Sheriffs Office and a Reserve Patrolman with the Groveland PD. He attended Law School in 2015 while serving on Active Duty in the Army Graduating in 2021 with a JD. After his last deployment to several mid eastern countries he retired and started a Site Development company. After realizing that he could do more for the community as a contractor he partnered with Jeremy Mills, a certified general contractor, and they started Precision Homes. He is dedicated to making your dreams reality and wants to be the one to build your next home!
